Managing large out-of-state projects is one of our strengths. To ensure the successful completion of the airport project, Grazzini set up a satellite office in Ft. Myers staffed by employees based out of Minneapolis. This provided ease of communication and problem solving. Obstacles were easily overcome ranging from the normal day-to-day construction issues associated with projects of this magnitude to three hurricanes.

Installation of both tile and Terrazzo required careful coordination with the factories and plants to ensure “just-in-time” delivery of product to minimize storage issues. The terminal floors feature a complicated design, which incorporated 3/4” thick 12” x 12” Wausau Paver Tiles that were set and ground into place after installation to create the look of a seamless floor.
