Rehabbing an old building is always tricky and doing it while keeping the retail location open is even trickier, but that is exactly what Grazzini was asked to do on the Kowalski’s Market project. In order to keep shoppers safe and their shopping experience positive, Grazzini workers fenced off areas as they worked and created an archway that customers could walk under in order to access the store safely. Grazzini was asked to freshen the building’s facade through the installation of thin brick over metal lathe and concrete. The work was completed on time and on budget with minimal interruption of the business of the store.
