Transforming an artist’s picture into a durable yet beautiful floor system takes more then just laborers, it takes true artisans. Grazzini’s ability to provide this service can be seen in their work on the River Center Rotunda project. Commissioned by Public Arts St. Paul, the artist, Philip Larson, designed “Fish Eye Perspective of the Mississippi; Sunrise” to capture the heart and soul of the Mississippi. Grazzini Brothers was commissioned to bring his image to life. Small pebbles in brilliant shades of violet, blue, green and yellow were transformed into an intricate picture of life along the Mississippi. The outcome is breathtaking. |
