Managing large projects within a tight time frame is our specialty. When completion of the FedExForum was in jeopardy, Grazzini was called in to take over the project. We quickly mobilized our workforce, equipment, and out-of-state operations. Our skilled staff was able to meet the unique specifications of the project, which called for 1/4” thick Epoxy Terrazzo covering as opposed to the standard 3/8” thickness. This dramatically reduced the weight on the two concourse levels and provided smooth transitions between floor coverings.

Our skilled staff completed the project on time and under budget meeting the accelerated time frame, which was driven by the Grizzlies season opening game.
