Careful planning and layout were critical to the success of the Minneapolis City Center remodel. Situated in the heart of downtown, the city center is a central hub to the city’s skyway system. Closing the City Center during the installation of the flooring was not an option. Careful coordination was essential to ensure the work was completed successfully without disrupting pedestrian traffic. Grazzini first installed 12” x 12” Stone Tiles and then followed by filling in around the stones with the 5-Colors of Epoxy Terrazzo. The entire flooring was then honed to create a smooth, seamless surface.
