Located in the heart of Minneapolis’ entertainment district you will find the hip new restaurant Fogo de Chão. Its elegant open design is beautifully accented with limestone and granite dimensional stone cladding. The sleek clean design was anything but simple to create. An accelerated completion scheduled required Grazzini Brothers to think outside of the box. Waiting for the stone to arrive from Italy would have meant missing the contractor’s completion date. Creative thinking and problem solving was the only solution. The newly acquired CNC machine allowed Grazzini to create shop drawings, fabrication and installation cut tickets in-house. The project was completed on time and on budget.
