The architect was striving for beauty and elegance in the design of the 8000 Tower. Central to the design was the flooring and lobby water feature. Grazzini furnished and installed approximately 12,000 square feet of dimensional stone wall cladding and floor paving. Because stone can vary in its appearance, Grazzini’s project manager escorted the owner and architect to Spain to assist them in hand picking each stone. This ensured the quality of each piece and underscored the importance of the project. Grazzini coordinated the fabrication, shipping and delivery of the stone to the United States. Grazzini setters installed the floor using the mortarbed method. The wall cladding was installed using wire and plaster. The effect is breathtaking.
